It won't matter.  We can't avoid the false starts, block in the backs, a few holding calls on the offensive line and the usual late hit out of bounds.  They won't have to make up anything.

Jebus - we have already started blaming the refs.

Yeah, seen enough to be open to the conspiracy that the refs show UCF favoritism.

My pop and I were trying to find out logically why this happens...I think because they go so fast the refs frankly miss calls...that is on the refs shoulders for not being able to keep up with the speed of the game...there was a play in temple where the UCF receiver clearly caught a ball out of bounds, but the refs didn't stop play because they let UCF snap the ball

I remember a call we got when we were 7-0 and playing houston. they gave us an INT that clearly wasn't.

all teams get good and bad calls against them . there is no conspiracy.

Truth.

Also when you are one of the most penalized teams going on two seasons straight you aren't going to get as many breaks.

UCF AD Danny White is smart as he offers them the Disney season passes.

We've already won this game by being an unranked opponent for them instead of a strong, top 20 team. Of course, it would take a run of epic upsets around the country, but it already hurts them in any push to get into the playoff because we're no longer a quality win. Yuck.

Not sure it will even matter, but will the refs call a fair game? What do you think they've been told by the conference?

It definitely won't matter

There is no chance in them making the playoff but you bring up a point.

This won't be a quality win for them unless they beat us by 30-40 points.  Which begs the question: do they run up the score if presented the opportunity? Surely 2016 still resonates with them.  Plus with the entire world watching their every move, I'm willing to bet they got "score 70" on their to-do list for this game.

They absolutely run up the score if they get the chance.
