Replace the QB coach, or add a QB coach.

And improve the offensive line. I don't know if Gilbert is responsible for the O-line, but it sucks. And it can probably be improved without firing the OC.

Not having a play ready for the 2 point conversion and wasting a timeout is inexcusable. You should have calls ready for that situation.

Yep 👍

Matt Mattox is the offensive line coach.

So the announcers said the 4th quarter adjustment was adding an offensive lineman. Hmmmm.

CCS will be here a while if he doesn't put together an AAC championship team

Possibly. But also if we win 9-10 games again, a mid tier P5 who’s desperate (think many ACC teams may have openings) may take the bait.

I know that's the simple explanation, but it's also entirely possible they sent in a couple plays and said, "Here's option A if x is shown by the defense. Here's option B otherwise." And we lined up and ****** it all up.

From what I remember they had to call the timeout because they wasted time talking. Every team practices 2 minute offenses and 2 point conversion plays. Gilbert has to get the call in faster.

But why would he leave for a mid tier power 5 team is the question? At this stage in his Life, do you think he really wants to relocate his family again? None the less, a mid-tier team and live a life of mediocrity? I could be wrong, and crazier things have happened, but I guess we will see....

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
