Maybe if they would refer to us as South Florida, it wouldn't be as easy to mix up USF/UCF

My thought is that he did not technically lead with the crown of the helmet. The initial point of contact is with his arms into the chest of the returner and then the helmet contact happens on the continuation through the returner. That is really the only explanation that I could come up with.

Is there a shot on the video of the targeting call on Sands?

There was never a replay and I still do not see how a player on the receiving team gets flagged on a kick that goes out of bounds (unless of-course Sands did something REALLY dumb)
