We have to earn it.  Yes, it is harder being G5, but we have not wowed the writers and voters.  Heck, we haven't even wowed most of this board.   Steady achievement of goals.  Conference championship.  Big name upsets.  It's not going to happen because someone is willing to take a risk in their vote on us.  It will happen when it is just too ridiculous to not rank us.

We are at 27, we should be ranked B4 or after we play UMASS

Not sure which site I saw, maybe SBNation, and they had us rated at 47, dropped 8 or 9 spots from last week.

Looking past our 4-0 record and who we did beat, I am not sure I get a top 25 feeling from our team just yet. We are definitely close but with our upcoming 3 games to use to fine tune some of our issues, I am hoping we get things ironed out.

Understand that I say that not so much as looking at teams currently ranked above us or in the top 25-- but as a general look and feel our team has so far in this season. Winning is important but overall team strengths need to be more consistent. We need BB to grow as a QB and our other areas -- like special teams and run defense/linebacker have to improve during October.

That is not to say we can achieve the ranking-- this is more about the look and feel I get from the team.
