Crazy how many teams with a loss are ranked. 2 in the top ten? They should get knock down or out and have to earn their way back in

I get the logic of wondering how and why some teams stay ranked despite early losses, but you guys have watched college football before this season, right? This isn’t exactly new for the polls.
