Just enough to tease us that maybe we’re really serious about taking this athletic department to the next level. When all is said and done we will end up with some assistant AD that no one has ever heard of from another part of the country. The Judy will never sign off on his hire and if she did I don’t know where we will find enough coin to get him here.

Both when I heard Jurich and USF mentioned in the same sentence and when Bruce Willis was dead at the end of Sixth Sense, that was my reaction. No he doesn't. But he might feel the need to clear his name and get some redemption/ vindication. 2. No better place for him right now than USF. Hope we land him, and land the big fish with enough donations to keep us all happy. 1. He might, but he not. 2. IMO, the best place for him right now would be retirement. Smell the roses, spend time with family, play golf, travel...life’s too short to spend it working, when you don’t need to.

I think 0.75M would do it for a guy who was ousted under unscrupulous circumstances.

You simply have no way of knowing this...it’s just a guess...redemption can be important. 2. Some people live for work and think retirement can directly lead to death. But if it is interesting our big Bulls and their wallets then let’s not kill it yet. He will have to be willing to do true campaigning and roll his sleeves up. Harlan pussed out on this. I doubt he’d change a thing if he had to do it again.
