That was not a penalty. You have to bring the guy down some way and he wasn't out of bounds. That was one of the worst calls I have seen.

that tackle was not initiated out of bounds-- he grabbed the guy in bounds and threw him out of bounds--- usually that is a tackle but because how he did it it somehow got him flagged-- sort of BS imo
