N Illinois did, in fact, beat Nebraska...NIU isn't a cupcake and COULD pull the upset..we NEED them to pull the upset.

The next couple weeks are the 2 biggest opportunities for SDSU to lose to either NIU or Boise.  Both are at home, so they'll probably squeak it out.

Which could help the SOS of SDSU. Not sure they lose to NIU, but the have Boise in two weeks. That is where they go down (hopefully).

And Sheriff guaranteed that SDSU wouldn't beat Air Force .... If SDSU wins this game, I'm deleting any of these threads started in the future.

Northern Illinois has improved a great deal since we pounded into the ground. That said, they gifted SDSU a ton of points.

SDSU isn't that good. Solid team, no doubt. And they have a good RB with a nice ground game.

But these guys are pretenders. They will go down soon enough. I bet UNLV at home is going to give them all they can handle. If they fall behind, it's tough for them to catch up; they really don't have a big passing game.
