Google "illegal forward propulsion"

 

Only results are USF vs Rutgers. 

 

Never seen it called EVER except that game. And not only that, I can't think of any other time I've ever seen a flag thrown when watching a replay, though maybe it happens.

 

One of the most bizarre events ever in college football, along with the entire 2007 season in general.

While we're on the subject of bad rules...

If you can pick up the football and run with it, why TF can't you pick up the guy who picked up the football, and run with him?

Saw a penalty last week for "helping a runner". WTF???

Stoopid rule.

Regardless of this play.

It crazy the success Holtz has had anywhere but USF. 2 division titles already at LA Tech...

Why the hell did he fail so bad here??
