Retreads scare me.

They are not in their prime and can decide to say, "I've got a three-year contract. What do I have to worry about? I can just retire after this."

We need a young coach whose career is ahead of him. "If I don't turn USF around, my career is over."

We had that with Antigua. Might as well give Reggie Kohn a shot.

Hope there isn't a hire named soon.  Lets wait to see how everything falls at this point.  Last night they said Tom Crean was out at Indiana (I doubt that).  But he would be a good hire if available.  Also Tim Welch made a lot of good points about the situation USF is in with APR scores and transitioning through all the other problems.  Lets get the right guy for the job instead of just hiring someone

Only requirement I hope they follow: "Must have prior head coaching experience."

Antigua had prior head coaching experience .... every USF MBB head coach USF has had prior head coaching experience. Maybe it's time to give someone without any a shot (unless you go with Nohra). Couldn't do much worse ....
