The contentious nature with which this thread was initiated is unsurprising coming from a disciple of the legal profession, whose ranks these days seem increasingly to ignore the effects that actions can have outside of the realm of legality.

At least most law schools these days produce graduates who can wield grammar, manage punctuation, and practice some degree of discretion.
