CS has the contractual obligation to seek another job, it is not a matter of if he seeks another job.  Texas has financial interest in him taking a job which is why they fly him out.  

if CS and USF weren't okay with a Texas booster tagging along he wouldn't be in there (was a Texas booster even in negotiations?).  I don't think its nearly as contentious as some believe.
