We really need to step up to the plate and add lifetime Publix wings to get this done.  #DemandExcellence

How about we sweeten the pot with a lifetime supply of jumbo chocolate chip cookies from the Publix bakery?

Whoa, whoa, whoa! Let's not act like he's won a conference title or bowl game.

So because Taggart came up with a catchy recruiting slogan he can't move on to M5 riches? Are we for real in here.

It's not that it is a recruiting slogan, it is the entire culture that he was trying to establish for the entire bay area. Him leaving just shows that CWT doesn't practice what he preaches. Him leaving will give any bay area player that was thinking of staying home, an easy excuse to sign with any other school.

Apparently I'm supposed to get one either next year or in 2018 closer to my home in the ATL burbs.  It's a great feeling.

You guys are lucky you're not in my athletic department. I'd fire all of you except Bull Dozer.

LOL.  These are real life jobs, not a hobby.  When evaluating them, you have to consider your family and humanity.  What good can I do for my family and for the world if I make X amount of money, and what can I do with 3X?

Sure, I'd pick USF over any other G5 school, even if they offered a percentage more.  But if I could make two or three times more money?  The good that can be done with that money is pretty hard to turn down.  Especially since I could have one bad year and be fired anyway.  Loyalty isn't a two way street - see Cardieri, Eddie.

No one, and I say no one, will turn down more money and chance to play for a NCS. Coaches are competitive and they will always look for the best opportunity, especially if they are in a lower conference.

I wouldn't say no one.  The Navy coach has gotten many better offers but he isn't going anywhere.

And there are plenty of people that would be glad to stay at USF their entire head coaching career.  But we wouldn't want them to be our head coach.
