I think the timing is actually for the best. We'll have a loaded offense next year for the new coach which will help ease him in, and add a boost to recruiting. If Willie left after next year the new coach may have struggled in 2018.

Eh, just as we say with players, we want guys that want to be here. 

I have never been convinced is that good of a coach. Great recruiter of Florida talent. He has been able to put better talent on the field at a few key positions. He "out talented" the teams he beat.  Whenever we were up against a better coach with equal talent we struggled. 

I am betting he is there no more than 3 years. 

Just get the right recruiter and we are fine. Just get a guy that can do something with the defense.
