Mike White seems like. Great kid, but I'm not convinced he's the future at QB. Too inconsistent.

Does anyone know any players on the team?  Would be interested to know what Mike White had graded out at in each of his games compared to Bench's grade in his one game without reps.

And Pierre Paul didn't start playing football until he was 17.

Telling a kid to rush a passer, or stop the run is a heck of a lot different than playing QB, learn all the plays, manage the offense, learn what defenses are doing, and the list goes on...

Not taking anything away from JPP what he's accomplished is amazing, but the situations are night and day different due to the positions they play.

I do not believe Taggart will have the luxury of trying to develop White or Flowers. He should look for a JUCO or transfer QB familiar with the west coast offense.

Wait, we aren't running anything near the west coast offense.

Put Flowers in and leave him in for the whole game against Tulsa.

Can't get any worse

Did you see Flowers one (nearly) full half of football?  It can get far worse.

Not according to the broadcasters like Anthony Becht on TV the other night ...

As a consensus,

do we believe that Mike White has improved plenty since the 2013 season?

Does he have more potential?

Not sure what you mean here.  Do you think the power run game Taggart is failing miserably to implement is a west coast offense?

Or was that idiot Becht saying this is a west coast offense?

Becht said it. But I'm sure you are more knowledgeable about football than he is.

Aren't you the guy who trusts the experts over some random message board joe?

I dont think the power run is failing. Until you can throw consistently people will continue to stack the box against us. Oline is still not a power run type but they are getting better. I also think we only have one power run tight end in MCfarland. Did you see Tice get blown up on pass protection?
