Flowers needs to be in there full time. Even if he can run it somewhat effectively, it's better than what we have. I really wanted to like Mike White but he looks bad out there.

Oline could not pick up a blitz and fb and rb were missing it as well. Off tackles are terrible. We need eatmin to move back to tackle

He did go after chase until that whole thing blew up. I agree though we need to get at least 2 this year.

Give me a tall athletic QB who can stand in the pocket, but still take off running if need be. That is our QB.

But he's our coach and also run out of eligibility.

So we recruit heavily in FL with athletic speed players but we run a power slow paced Offense that requires a OL built with corn huskers.....makes sense.

We need work on skill, talent, and fundamentals. Seemingly at all positions.

Running backs need to work on pass blocking/blitz pick up. They do a fine job running it if they get the blocks.

WR need work on route running, separation, and catching.

Oline just needs to block someone. Anyone would help right now.

QBs need to work on throwing catchable passes.

Dline need to work on getting penetration and pressure.

LBs need to wrap up.

DBs need to wrap up and find the ball.

LS need to make good snaps.

Punters need to be consistent with the punts.

K need to make their kicks.

Holders need to get the ball down correctly.

Protectors need to protect.

Returners need to return at the appropriate time.

Coaches need to coach their positions.

i have said for years to recruit 2 top qbs a year

and a juco stud every 2 years

 

 

qb is the most important position on the team

 

what does smazza know???
