Certainly Top 2.

Closest non-P5 is Western Michigan at # 59, who is tied with the closest conference foe, Temple. Given the collapse of the Big East and the 2-10 record, Coach Taggart and company did an amazing job. Mark Ennis â€@Mengus22 19m I'll say it again. USF will have the most talented roster outside of the "power 5" in two years. American Conference Rankings... #40 USF #59 Temple #68 Cincinnati #71 UCF #75 Houstion #75 ECU #81 Memphis #81 Tulane #91 SMU #111 UConn

Here are the averages: USF - 2.89 UL - 2.82 Cincinnati - 2.65 UCF - 2.61 Rutgers - 2.6 Temple - 2.52 Tulane - 2.23 Memphis - 2.2 UConn - 2.2 Tulsa - 2.18 ECU - 2.12 SMU - 2.1 UH - 2.08 Navy -
