Based on Saturday, we'll definitely have to wait until next year for a win. I can't see us putting up one W right now.

Let's see how we look Saturday. Certainly tough to predict a win at this point, but there is always that small chance that Saturday was a fluke.*

*That was too lopsided to be a fluke

I dont know they scored like 31 points in the second quarter and started like three series inside our own 50. I think it was a fluke.

But McNeese is a quality team not taking away from them.

This saturday will tell me everything about this season.

McNeese put up 425 yards of offense, scored 53 points, and won by 32. It wasn't fluke.

If we go out and finish the season well, then maybe we can comeback and argue it wasn't.

And while I'll gladly give McNeese State credit, can we quit acting like they're close to being some powerhouse on the cusp of complete domination? They were 7-4 FCS team that finished third in their conference.

 

 

Its a fluke McNeese scored 30 points in 11 min's in the 2nd quarter.  Turnovers killed this team early.

Of course I picked us to only win against McSU, FAU, Memphis, and SMU so what the poop do I know.

 

If I could amend my preseason schedule results I add UConn... they are about even with us right now.

I just don't know about FAU.

Especially after the opening weekend.

But I still think that's going to be the first win of the season...FAU.

And if it's not a win, I have a feeling Uconn may be it.
