Not a good sign for BJ....49ers are bringing in Free Agent Seneca Wallace for a tryout.

 

Could be a bad sign for Tolzien and McCoy ...

BJ's earned a shot, but Tolzien & McCoy haven't shown improvement yet.

a lot of that based on knowing Colt and knowing his ceiling.  BJ is new and new is always cool to fans.  

 

The question will be- can Harbaugh trust Daniels more than he does Colt.  

 

I think Tolzien would get cut before Colt

He's also the only backup with game experience so if they are thinking about releasing him, that could be why the interest in Wallace. I don't think many teams go into the reg season with zero experience at the backup qb positions.

Wallace will make the team. That means BJ has to beat out Tolzien
