However, I don't think it would be wise to build in that direction and take away the road between the Sun Dome and the recreation fields.

That footprint seems a lot bigger than the one on a previous Master Plan ... and if you put horizontally there, you just divert the road and not remove it.

If it is the Wok, the scale is definitely off. No way it's that big compared to the previous footprint ...

Went back and looked and it was FIU that had such financial problems after building their stadium and facilities. They even had to eliminate the band and cheerleading programs in 2009.

The scale might be a little off but the point is that a 50K stadium could fit in either spot and these are the two best locations if we were to build an OCS.
