It will be awesome to see him make it.

 

For those who forgot or are too young to know.

 

Marquel Blackwell was an active QB for week 1 of the NFL season for the NY Jets before being released. Mike Canales was on that Jets staff and Herm Edwards was the head coach.

I wonder if they are thinking a Russell Wilson type of QB? Not a prototype but dangerous in the right (un Skippy like) offense , a runner with a cannon arm, but Wilson is very accurate
