Not taking away anything from D'Ernest Johnson as he's a great recruit but I'm surprised Marlon Mack isn't getting more love.

Mack's tape just screams at me, kind of like Tyre McCant's tape.

Both Marlon Mack and D'Ernest Johnson played in Class 5A ball. It's just curious to me why one gets so much more love than the other.

Well, one of them just might if he keeps going at this pace!

24 runs for 274 yards and 4 TDs? Are you kidding me?

I think the Phins could use him right now.

This was why Taggart was leaving Mack in last night.  Good thing he didn't get injured in garbage time

it looked like Taggart was talking to Mack, and Mack was holding up 1 finger...as in 1 yard from tying.  So, he got a few carries, but got just 1 yard on 4th & 2.  Great that he tied the record, but not good we gave them a short field for their last TD.

Not to derail this thread even further than it already is, but does Taggart leaving Mack in to go for the record despite field position really bother anyone else? Injury possibility aside, we should have punted on 4th and 2 and played for field position. That was the right coaching call for The Team IMO. What was all that rhetoric about if we're going to let freshmen chasing a school record dictate our playcalling? Troubling.
