Indoor practice facility is not needed because our football team won't need as much practice to compete at the level that we are about to experience.

All kidding aside, we should bank it and use it for a potential exit fee.

If you're going to bribe your way in, you might as well go for the B12 as the ACC is likely to fall apart like the Big East.

NO.. Throw it at the SEC, Big1G, Big 12 or the ACC and beg them to get us out of the Big Leftover Conference.......

JMHO

I am all for this. But I would only throw it at the ACC and Big 12.

Figure is now being put at $30m. Conceptually, if we spread this over our TV contract period (6 yrs), it adds $5m a year, bringing TV revenue + buyout annualized at $7m, more than double we were making.

Not sure how much we were projecting when we decided to finance all these projects...

Seriously, I would not touch it. Improve current programs in the athletic department within our new budget and act like this money isn't even there. When and if you get the holy grail invite, only then do you touch it.

Exactly.  Rainy days are most likely coming ... we will need that $ then.
