Here is what we need to do first (in my opinion): Pay Skip Holtz (not all at once, but put aside the money to make the required payments of $.5 per year/5 years. Pay Jim Leavitt if that is not complete. Pay down the debt on all the new facilities (at least $10 million of it). Put $6 million aside to add to our tv money at the rate of $1 million a year.
