Get these teams to our conference. Getting KU, KState, and Mizzou would be the best teams for our conference. If not Mizzou, go after Baylor. They are a nice team that continues to improve

Would rather have Houston over Baylor

I would rather have Baylor myself... see potential for a Green and Gold showdown

Houston is a much bigger market

also, wouldn't TCU not want Baylor in? I know they don't really have a vote for a year or so, but I'd think you'd want to keep them happy.

I don't think the Big East can officially invite someone unless those teams let their conference know they intend to leave.  Until Kansas, K-state, and Missouri do that, I'm not going to get concerned.

1. "Officially invite" depends on which side your on. These days if you hear "having discussions" it's a pretty good bet that they've been invited.

2. They must notify, IF there's an actual conference to notify. 

Extreme sarcasm intended.

The real question here is this... what will be the new name of this 12 team Big East  ???

Big America Conference... Big **** Conference... Continental Conference... National Football Conference  ??? Can't wrap my head around what the new name would be.

Just saw the croll on ESPNU about IF Big 12 breaks up, Big East is in talks with Mizzou, Baylor, Kansas, etc ... didn't catch them all.

I would live the Houston market.

Just saw it again. Kansas St was the other and/or ... Baylor/Iowa St

leave iowa st out of it.  they pretty much offer nothing.

how funny would it be if the big east expanded to 12 and left the UCif boys out of it.

Personally I think UCiF as one of the 12 would make sense.

Keep looking BE, lets get 16 teams and be done with it (but not UCiF). Get the five from the BIG12, ECU, and Houston.

I think the BE should be aggressive and try to save the conference if it's about the be raided. If they go for Baylor and TCU is not a big fan, than so what. They don't have a vote and you do what you got to do to save the conference. Would create a nice rivalry. Mizzou, KU, and Kstate are ideal at this point, but I would take Baylor if we could not get Mizzou or we lost a team.
