Anything worth doing is worth doing well. My suggestion is to find the biggest issues facing the program. Find all possible solutions to the problems. Project costs to solution and impact of them. Figure out the budget and possible budget. Force rank the solutions and do those. This is the single least impactful solution for the single highest cost, that means every other idea that any idiot can imagine is better than this one. Companies fold under this vision.

So in a nutshell you have no ideas and no suggestions except this is a bad idea.  We can speak in platitudes and business speak but in the end you dropped a word salad that said nothing except let’s research the issue.  I choose to enjoy the present day, tomorrow is no guarantee so no use in wallowing in what isn’t.

This is the general vibe around here sometimes.

Coming back to this today as I think about CFB realignment and what's to come.  Is our new home going to be enough?  There's time to make adjustments!

It is never enough. Just ask the SEC, b1g, and fsu. If you aren't getting your program  more money per year or winning national  championships you are trending down.

What gets us into a better conference is one single thing: the ability for TV to make money off of our fanbase.

Things like winning, ocs, game attendance, away game fan presence, etc all help in proving that there is ROI for any networks that want to advertise to our fans.

Spot on, it’s all about how many people are interested and watching your program (advertising = money/value). Everything you mentioned is all part of the equation. Therefore, to answer the question of whether it’s enough, for right now it is, because we currently do not have one, haha. The fact it will be expandable is a key feature and if there is any movement in expansion, they can build that into it as a modification during the build process (if it happens in the next year or two, but I’m not planning on it).

The race is now for NIL money IMO will come down to businesses and individuals. The schools in these small towns without business or huge alumni support seems like they will die out. Think Oregon State, Wash State, Iowa State, etc..

USF is setup to be great long term. They just need to handle football.
