5/10. With 48 new players and new coaches on the team I’m not at all concerned with last year. I’ve also been over excited about new coaches way too many times, so still only cautiously optimistic.

Haven’t kept up much this off season. Hoping for a surprise. Let go of the past and embrace the potential of the future. Hoping this staff can get things trending in the right direction.

Probably a 1/10 for me. I have never been less interested in USF football and college football in general than I am right now. The feeling is gone and I just can’t get it back. Maybe the OCS will rekindle my passion in a few years. Until then it’s Raiders 1st and USF 2nd for me.

My hype is a 5 but so far that's as low as it goes.  I'm excited to see any game but any expectations will have to wait.

I don't think most of us are drained of any hype. The consensus for predictions is 6 or fewer wins this season. My personal excitement is 10/10. My views on the majority of fanbase is 3/10. I just don't think people really know who is on the team. After the first two games the hype will come.

I don't know depends on the day. Not feeling particularly enthused today. The department has deprioritized winning for a long time and I don't know how long it will take to turn that ship around.

The biggest hype/dud season was 2012...USF was predicted to have a bounce back year and many believed would finish 2nd behind the Ville...a massively disappointing season that we've never fully recovered from.
