I asked on the other board, but am I reading correctly that he's the top ranked kicker in the country and a 5 star prospect?  If that is the case, would he be our first?

Mike Ford was a 5 star on rivals

I was thinking of players that signed directly out of high school.

Nephew, actually.

His father, Martin, went to Kansas State from 1994 to 1998.

Forgot that Kansas State is where Martin went. Wonder how involved Leavitt was with him there and how much that played a part in the other two brothers coming to USF

I think very much. Wasn't Bill at another school and transferred here? And Santiago came here outta High School.

I think Leavitt and Sebastian Janikowski helped get Bill here.  Love Bill - and Santiago.  Keep the Gramaticas coming!

Leavitt also played a part in getting Martin to KSU ...

And Martin stayed in Tampa.  Nico goes to Cabridge Christian and Martin is/was the coach of the (probably short lived) Tampa Bay Strikers who played last season in the Foam Dome.
