I asked on the other board, but am I reading correctly that he's the top ranked kicker in the country and a 5 star prospect?  If that is the case, would he be our first?

I do not think this is the same scale as actual recruiting stat rating system. He got offers from Florida and Kansas. The kid has talent and it definitely runs in the family. Having a former player's son and  family ties to a super bowl kicker for the Bucs is awesome.

His father, Martin, went to Kansas State from 1994 to 1998.
