Certainly not volunteers... Don't think 100% goes to players. But enough must go to them that they're getting what's been promised.

True, but good players and winning short term ( next 5 years) is what will get us to another conference. A stadium alone without the winning will not get us there. However, I do think a stadium will be helpful in our cause as well. But it has to be built right ( it seems based on all the info so far it will be). That said I will try to donate to both since both are verry important.

I'm not really convinced that'll be the key. The 3 who moved up didn't have short term winning, it was more sustained over a decade. It certainly won't hurt to get on a nice little run to show we actually CAN do it, but if we get brought up, I think it'll be more of a conference looking at the as yet untapped potential, with all things being considered. Great if you can do both but yet to be seen if USF fans have the deep pockets to do that.

But, there ain't no Sheriff in town no more so abuse it all you can!

If a 1-11 G5 team can't keep their leading running back without 250k I don't think we even try to keep our stars. We just have to spread it out so everyone on the roster gets a nice chunk of change and focus on the culture of the team and system the coach puts in place. Make everyone look like system players so its not a big deal to lose these guys

We will lose some battles short term but after 3-5 years, I think we will be able to keep our stars.
