It's the same beer that was produced when it was an American company. Nothing changed except who pays the bills. The same Belgian company owns Corona and Modelo. Nobody would consider them Belgian beers either.

Yuengling is fine. I don't drink a lot of beer. Usually only with pizza and BBQ.  Unless I'm tailgating then I drink beer with anything including doughnuts.
