Not a Portland fan, although I worked there for nine months several years back.  It's turning into crap.  Did stay with friends in Lake Oswego last summer.  Had a good time.  

If Black Butte Porter is a solid 7.5, Negra Modelo is a solid 2.0.  Negra Modelo was my fav house beer for a long time, too.  Recent enjoyable porter was Wren House Black Caddis Porter.

I'd say modelo negra like a 4 or 5 but it Is a cheap and easy beer to find. It is nothing special. Portland has already gone to hell and is eating itself with all the insane stuff that goes on there. All the pretentious  Portland hipsters at my bils wedding  told me how bad  lake Oswego was but man it was heaven compared to Portland. I will never  waste my time and money visiting Portland again .

Dade City actually have a micro-brew?  I grew up in San Antonio and went to school in DC.  

All I remember out there was Ralph's.
