With no disrespect to WBB, 1 2 and 4 must happen in 2023.  Football has to show a real and sustainable pulse with a much lighter schedule on deck and CBG must find a way to finish in the middle of the AAC this year.  Hopefully the Memphis gain is not an aberration and they improve going forward.  And lastly, real progress must be made to the OCS.  Renderings and targeted date for shovels in the ground is a must.

It's a new year, and there's a lot that USF needs to accomplish to take another step as an athletic department.

4 things

1) Just want to see improvement in football. Don't know if there is a magic number when it comes to wins this year, but I think 4-6 wins is doable. But this year is not going to be easy .Now by year 2 I expect a bowl game. Year 3 I expect us to be on top of the new AAC.

2) recruit, recruit, and recruit.

3) When it comes to men's basketball I expect us to end the season at .500. Anything less and Gregory must go. Its been 5 years now.

4)I want to see the OCS 100 percent finalized. I want it to be built right and look like a power 5 conference stadium ( the San Diego State and Colorado State stadiums are good examples)

I’d settle for interesting football at this point, which for me, means having a reason to stay past halftime in 2023

Not happening! OCS on the way and rumors are only gonna keep growing regarding the ACC invite as the offseason moves forward…

And don’t forget, you are gonna have to kiss MK’s ass whenever that invite happens…

1) Win football games

2) Win football games

3) Win football games

4) Win football games

Easy list because that's the only sport and only result that matters.

That is hopefully the mentality of USF athletics right now... because if they don't immediately turn this around the discussion for the next P5 call up will be Tulane/whoever else wins big games.

I like him and want nothing but success for Michael Kelly.  But facilities alone won't cut it any more than it did for Doug Woolard.

Although facilities are typically where people go to create things like MK’s vision of an athletics program, so there is that
