Trying not to pile on... BUT it's getting tougher every day.   I see many who refuse to "wrap up" when they tackle, see excessive celebrations when we are down 3+ scores, and an overall "lack of give a ****"...  It's hard being a USF fan these days...

It's so much easier to destroy a program than it is to resurrect one.

If it took Holtz and Chuckles a 2-2.5 years to destroy the program (substitute/add Woolard and Harlan, if you like) than I have to give at least that time to try to pull it up out of a nosedive.

I'm unhappy and I have my doubts, but I also know that there are many contributing factors to the state of USF Football and USF Athletics in general.  It ain't easy being green (and gold).

I'm not sure anybody is expecting to win the conference in year 3 but to have only 1 FBS win in 2+ years is somewhat concerning. We really aren't showing any progress.I'm not sure he is showing any progress as a coach.

We  have the talent to have won more games. We have been in position to win games where I believe coaching directly cost us.

I think he needs to have an aha moment and soon.

I don't disagree at all.

I have concerns about his lack of experience in a role so big and difficult as USF Football. Along with that of a rookie AD.

Sometimes, I'm afraid he's like the young guy that goes up to the plate to hit and goes through the whole Nomar Garciaparra pre at-bat routine, only to strike out on three cuts.  Goes through the motions, knows what it should look like, but contact with the ball is impossible.  Has never really swung the bat, just watched Nomar do it.  Now, standing there on verge of a third strikeout and people are thinking he looks like he knows what he's doing, but why can't he make contact with the ball?  Something's missing...
