He has made it abundantly clear that stability is better than success and if you just fail long enough eventually that becomes success, unfortunately at this glacial speed the program will be long dead by then

It’s not just this football team. And it’s not just that we’re bad. We have programs currently performing at HISTORICALLY bad levels. This defense may be the worst in program history. Our men’s basketball team produced the worst offensive season in its history last year. Our volleyball team has lost 21 of its past 22 conference matches. Our men’s soccer team has scored 5 goals In seven games this season. These are HISTORIC failures.

Too bad you can’t see this but welcome to team reality, VPMK has created his vision and that’s a vision at odds with success

I am not willing to jump on the 'fire VPMK' bandwagon. It seems that CJS is out in the community selling the team and IPF and OCS to the community. The problem is he is not translating what is needed to win football games. The team can obviously compete, in spite of some poor coaching and bad refs we had UF beat. So what is the real world solution? Maybe since we are already on the hook for his contract and he can 'sell' the program in the community, they turn over the 'coaching' to Morris or one of the assistants. At this point, I doubt he is ever replaced until after UCF or possibly still given another year. The only way he goes is via the BOT or President.

We have a former head baseball coach now out raising money, and Prado won just over 50% of his games.  Add Scott in December and Gregory in March.  We'll have all the sports covered.
