College attendance is down. A gameday atmosphere is better when there aren't a sea of empty seats. Nippert Stadium is only 40k at present and was 35k till 2014.

It's going to be real interesting to see all the pricing breakdowns ....

Today? Scroll back to page 39. Meeting agenda with today's date is posted. I imagine will have some information out of that but I have no idea. There are others much more fluent in board meetings around here than I am. I try to steer clear of meetings and politics at my work when/if possible. They mentioned in 30-45 days an "invitation to negotiate" will be put out for the stadium. Earlier in the thread I posted an example to one I found FSU put out in 2015: https://arenadistrict.fsu.edu/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/itn-5750-1-arena-district-hotel-convention-post-addendum-4.pdf Seems like it could be pretty detailed, as Design Firms will look this over and put in a bid to take on the contract to build the stadium. So they likely need enough in regards to what we want to give us a quote of what they would charge.

Here is that timeline from the March BOT meeting.

Any of the big design firms like Populous? Yes... the IPF was designed by HOK -- the pre-eminent stadium architect. I would love it if they are the successful bid for the OCS... but I don't know if HOK does the build process.
