Stadium is the top priority now.

I know some people posted that they thought renderings would be "leaked" ahead of next Wednesday and I saw that as wishful thinking.

We have to do this right the first time and there is so much planning that goes into this, which is apparent in what Ricky posted earlier.

Well said! You know the truth and we appreciate what you do for us USF fans. Thank you!

Kelly sounded very confident in a fall of 2026 opening of the stadium in the BOT meeting.

They also stated the anticipated capacity at 35k.

ITN will be issued in the next 30 days.

As I mentioned on twitter:

The agenda mentioned a lot of luxury seating as well. 35k for 300+ million with lots of luxury seating and possibly recessed sounds a lot like what San Diego State is opening up this year with Snap Dragon stadium and thats expandable to 55k.

Our stadium will probably be very similar to theres and the plan will be "if we consistently sell out 35k we'll expand". Why build 45k when we've never consistently sold that since the Big East days.

We build 35k when we realize we are stuck playing in AAC for ever.

I just find it interesting that the model has shifted from the Colorado St stadium (which was always my favorite), to UAB or SDSUs new stadium.

Conferences don't care about # of people, they care about # of dollars. The agenda mentioned "The stadium  design  is  expected  to  include  general  admission  seating,  club  seats, ledge  seats, loge  boxes, luxury  suites, a field  level club"

35k seats with enough luxury seats that we're making $100 per ticket >>> 45k seats where most are bleachers and we make $50 per ticket, in the eyes of conferences.
