The divisions are denoted by color on the Sidelines Graphic:

East: USF, UCF, West Virginia, Cincy, Memphis, KSU, Kansas

West: Houston, SMU, TCU, Baylor, Texas Tech, OK St., BYU, Boise

I have to say, this would create a pretty balanced conference. There really aren't any "bad" programs in the west. USF (currently) and Kansas (since about 2009) would be the only "weak" programs in the East. I think going to 16 and doing a large GoR is the way for them to go. They will continue to remain the most vulnerable power conference, but 16 teams gives them some room in the event of a raid from "The Alliance"

You do know I was joking, yes?

I honestly think it’s a lateral move, at best.

Also, is this considered off topic because it doesn’t entail/effect USF Football?

Well we do play them, and I suspect we might have a few more games scheduled as both athletic directors have a good relationship.

We need to get DeSantis on this, to push for USF to be included into the B12.

He would not associate with losers.

Did a deep dive here and found on the chat for today's Sic em 365 that they are claiming USF, BSU, and SMU have shown both verbal and "good faith" commitments to the Big 12. Memphis still seems to be apprehensive (for whatever reason, makes no sense). If this is at all true and these guys are plugged in at all I really hope Kelly and Weatherford are pushing hard to get things done behind the scenes.

These guys also claim that Big 12 want to expand by the end of November, pending the Pac 12 deal.

Looks like we are about to collect $5 million…I wonder what infrastructure fund that should go towards? 🤔🤔🤔
