I'm always positive, but I have needed to use reality on occasion. 

Last year's opener left me optimistic about the upcoming season. I was shocked that we did not win another game last year. Came close, but that means nothing!

After the first three games, unfortunately last season's results are still fresh in my mind.

I am hopeful if we can stay consistent at QB and stay healthy.

I was all for it and then someone had to go and give him a B for his time here, a B. The will is strong but the flesh is weak, ultimately I should probably get a B for my efforts because I tried really hard and circumstances were just too much.

Anyone that doesn’t fail isn’t doing enough, the important thing is to learn from your mistakes and make improvements. My issue with CJS have been that that I haven’t seen much learning or improvement, I liked the things he said he learned about leadership in year one but people tend to revert when they feel some pressure. Also I think he needed to make great hires around him to complement his freshness, I don’t think he made those hires.
