What I want to see on Thursday - wins from women's and men's soccer, a win for SugarShane on the mound vs. the Red Slobs, and a competent effort at NC State . . .  oh, and a win by Boise at Oviedo CC.

The phrase "culture change" almost makes me nervous anymore when it comes to USF football. I'm reminded of Charlie coming in and changing the culture by  kicking a dozen players off the team, banning earrings, basically creating misery and sending the program into a nosedive. Also found this thread about Skip coming in and changing the culture here. We all know how that turned out....

It is because it is an empty rhetoric nonsense phrase that loosely translates to I have no idea how I going to be successful and if I change the focus to something abstract instead of wins maybe people will be dumb enough to buy into it and cut me more slack than I deserve for creating my own failings.

Maybe I'd rather see an attitude change?  Growth? Improvement.
