Screw that.  They ended up better than us in all of this.  That is on Kelly.  Maybe this will work out, it did for the gnats and FAU.  It sure seems a better bet was on people that have done this before.

FAU will be a super bowl type game this season for many reasons. Kiffin left behind a decent squad and this game will be a good measuring stick for where we are.

Not sure what you mean by "done this before" but if you mean being a head coach before, we're 1-3 on that front here. However, as far as going with Co Coordinators as head coach, we're 1-1 so I'm liking the odds.

I've seen that said to denigrate the wins and excuse the loss of almost every bowl game. Maybe they should ask the players if it is meaningless.
