Yes indeed.  I am of the opinion that USF has yet to employ a great head coach in its short football history.

I will always be thankful and impressed with how he built the program from nothing with no resources. He was goofy, passionate and intense, listening to his post game interviews without a voice was priceless.  Don’t know if he was a great coach per say, but still loved the guy.
