True...personally  3 year timetable.  By then we should be much improved for sure.  

We will have alot of coaches in new positions that will be learning on the job also.

I think the program will be in the right direction...we will be winning, talent level increased, donor dollars greatly increased along with season ticket sales...can't wait!
