Last time we were in the situation, (Skip Holtz 2012 3-9 team) the fan-base gave CWT about 2 bad years. The expectation was to see something better by year 3 which is what happened. 

I imagine CJS would be given about the same amount of time to see some results. That said, now with the transfer portal, I don't know that it will really take that long.
