All funds right now should be focused on the IPF.

If that means short term sticking it out with a coach we can't afford to replace so be it. Long term it will have more impact on sustained success.

If we can break ground AND fire strong, so be it. I'm not attached to him but I think if he sticks around we may just be pleasantly surprised next season.

Break. The. Ground.

That's all I care about right now.

Keeping him means losing your die hards, plus a generation of students, plus having your undisciplined team publicly ridiculed (or worse, creating PR issues for the university)... all long term costs too.

Means we probably see 10k instead of 15k actual next season

Just think about how much faster we can regress players with more practice

Recruits want shiny things, but they want to WIN much more.

WINNING is what we need now, and the only clear path to that is cleaning house and bringing in a new staff.

IPF should be secondary at this point.

Nope! We can’t get a new coach until 2021 season

Fire him and figure it out. Not firing him is not an option

Personally prefer new coaches as we can win without an IPF atleast in short term.  Just think quicker we fire these coaches quicker we can rebound.

No reason we cant have a top team in recruiting as every recruit has a legit chance to play right away.

What a freaking mess

You keep saying this, but unless you are Michael Kelly himself (or a close confidant, family member, etc.) then you don’t really know this.
