Some can complain all they want. I'll happily take his energetic personality, winning, and great recruits again. I'll smile sitting right next to you as we get back into the top 25. I'll say he learned his lesson and he comes cheap. Lord knows this would be amazing if they can get it done. Christmas coming early!!!

The main stipulations (among others) I would have to bring back xCWT:

1.  Do not hire Woodie as DC.

2.  Have an incentive laden contract with a small base salary (by industry standards).

3.  The buyout on his end would be $20 million the first year, with a reduction of $1 million a year until it got to $10 million.

4.  The buyout on our end would be 1/2 of his remaining salary.

#3 would be tough, as well as #4. That said I like your thought process. 

500k base salary with big incentives to win our division,  conference and NY6 bowl. He likes money so he would work his ass off. I wouldn't mind Woodie as a lb coach. DC is a NO.
