You've seen every kick in every practice, game or scrimmage the kid has ever played in?

If the answer is yes, then I'll stop.  If the answer is no, then you have absolutely no idea what the **** you're talking about.

Stats don't lie. He's never made a field goal greater than 38 yards.

We outplayed them in all phases except kicking...we absolutely should have won that game...this isn't on coaching...it just isn't

I will agree with the first part. We absolutely should have won that game.

No he chose not to use a spot for competent kicker. This is completely on him

Charlie knew he would be injured, just so we lose this game.

Look, I am completely anti Strong, but the criticism about failing to recruit a good kicker...we have one.  Who knew he would be injured all year.

When you read my post, we can discuss further.  Until then ....

Agreed. Just unfortunate tonight. I thought I was starting not to care much, but this was is sickening. Feel bad for Charlie and the team. Would have been the closest thing to a Signature Win for him. Sucks.

You never know how a recruit is going to work out in college.  For all we know, this kid could have been a stud kicker in high school.

@George_Bullnard_Shaw knows.  He's assured me that the kicker had never hit a FG from the ranges asked tonight in his life.  And he KNOWS wtf he's talking about.

It's on coaching if CCS told the kicker to miss so he can get buyout $ on his contract.  Absent that conversation, it's on the kicker.

Who?? Weiss sucks too. Weiss can’t kick over 30 yards. He did recruit any kickers. These kids came from small schools and had no track record of success. So again it  is his fault because he doesn’t take special teams seriously.
