No way.   There is a lot of mixed opinion as to how good Wisconsin will be after last year, which had to be graded as a disappointment.   That said, even if Wisconsin turns out to be much better than advertised an opening game win at home would not be enough to push USF into the top 25.  We have pretty much trained everyone over the years to not get too excited with early wins.

Assuming we beat Wisky, the only way I even remotely see a chance of us being ranked is if we roll GA Tech and SC state (21+ point wins) while Wisky beats CMU and #7 michigan in weeks 2 and 3. 

*Edit: Wisky has a bye week in week 3, before playing Michigan. So for us to be ranked we would need to roll GA Tech in week 2, SC State in week 3, and SMU in week 5 (all by 21+ points), while Wisky beats CMU in week 2, #7 Michigan in week 4, and Northwestern in week 5.
