I'm not defending Gilbert, but the ultraconservative approach to play calling comes from Strong and trickles down imo

but I agree. This isn't time to give CCS outs and second chances and all that other crap. He refused to make any changes in the face of this dreadful play calling thee entire season. That was one huge error and his general lack of leadership and interest in USF in general has been apparent for most of the season.

I hope someone puts all of CCS’s blurbs together on a board or doc or whatever, and gives it to Kelly. So he can see all the ****** contradictory statements this guy has made

i sent him some as quotes from CCS press conferences and pointed out how he has contradicted himself many times. . After my previous email, he sent me a very nice reply,  i have not received an email from him today.  Maybe, just maybe, he is receiving thousands of emails and is having difficulty responding to all of them.

perhaps he took the day off for some much deserved "me" time -- out on his boat having a few cold ones and feeding the fish (fishing but not catching much).

with any luck--= he is hard  at it working the phone to find us our new head coach.
