Strong has mentioned multiple times that Cronkrite is an all around back. If so why does he only have 5 catches on the year and why has Ford been getting the nod over Cronkrite?  Good coaches find ways to get their best players the ball.

CronKrite would have been a great fit in the Gulf Coast Offense. So would Ford for that matter....

Does matter how many supermen we have when Lex is our OC ready to drop kryptonite on the entire offense rather than let us profit.

I heard a rumor that Cronkrite is a UF transfer - anyone know if that is true?

Jordan "Florida Transfer" Cronkrite. I think the TV announcers mention that after every carry. Must be the only thing in their notes for him.

,Not utilizing the backs out of the backfield has been a head scratcher with this offense. Not just this year, but last year as well. DJ was great out of the backfield.

it's one of the easiest ways to create mismatches in my opinion. imagine a LB trying to cover Ford on a wheel route or in the flats. DJ was deadly on those wheel routes.

As I mentioned in another thread, we tried Ford on a go route against Tulane when he was matched on a LB and he beat his guy buy multiple steps. Would’ve been a great play to break out against Cincy last week, but nope.

Simply splitting Ford outside when CO is in the game would create mismatches across the board. QB run threat from empty, LB on Ford, McCants in the slot, etc. We aren’t using our talent efficiently whatsoever

I agree we aren't using our talent but CO as a runner is a myth. He didn't run in high school and honestly he doesn't look that capable of it now.

Last I checked the scoreboard doesn't have a spot for current bank balance on it.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
